How far in advance should I book?
We operate 24/7 and accommodate last-minute requests where possible, but for weddings, events and airport transfers we recommend booking as early as you can to guarantee your preferred vehicle.
Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pickup automatically, with complimentary wait time should there be a delay.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Auckland with nationwide coverage — from city transfers to multi-day private tours through Rotorua, Taupō, Wanaka, Queenstown, Glenorchy and beyond.
How does pricing work?
Every journey is quoted individually based on route, vehicle, duration and timing, and the quote you receive is fixed — no metered fares, no surge pricing, no hidden extras. Use code NZLIMO15 for a discount on your first booking.
How many passengers and bags can you carry?
Our BMW 7 Series and BMW iX50 seat up to 3 and 4 passengers respectively, the Lexus RX350 Sport seats 4 with additional luggage room, and the Mercedes-Benz V-Class seats up to 7 in conference-style comfort. Tell us your group size and luggage and we will match the vehicle.
Can I book a chauffeur for a full day or several days?
Yes. Half-day, full-day and multi-day charters are among our most requested services, including South Island touring where the chauffeur travels with you throughout.
